Amazing place, fantastic staff, receptionist lovely & really made us feel welcome. Free Consultation with Shiv was superb, free 3D teeth scan (Itero scan) 3 pairs of Viera retainers. Attention to detail is incredible with the latest equipment & technology, you know exactly what you’re getting. I had been researching a lot before I made my decision for my daughter to get her teeth straightened and a great experience so far. My daughter was feeling tense & anxious, but the dentist made her feel comfortable, safe & at ease. The name says it all! My daughter cannot wait for the Invisalign treatment to start and to see the results. Couldn't recommend high enough.

I visited Crowborough Gentle Dental as an emergency following a nasty incident where an old composite cracked off my front tooth. I was mortified and very upset. I was visiting family so came as an unregistered patient. The team were able to fit me in that very day. I saw dentist Hazel and dental nurse Paige. They were kind and understanding and were able to fix my tooth at the appointment. I cannot express how much I appreciated the care they showed me and the work they did was fantastic, to the point that the relief I felt at having my dental issue resolved so quickly brought me to tears! On top of this I feel that the cost of treatment was very reasonable considering the circumstances and level of care. I live 4 hours away but am still considering booking in with them to have any further work done! I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for a great dentist in the area. please do pay them a visit!

After not visiting a dentist for several years, due to an immense fear, I lost half a tooth and was in need of urgent treatment. I contacted Gentle Dental online Sunday evening and was seen as an emergency the next day. I was completely put at my ease by Julie the receptionist right through to the dentist. I was then booked in for a tooth extraction and given the option of sedation. The whole process was fully explained and I was treated with kindness and understanding every step of the way. There has been daily communication and I would like to thank everyone for putting me at my ease and treating me with such understanding, kindness and professionalism. Sally

My second visit to CGD and again a great experience. Have never said that having been to a dentist.Hazel is brilliant technically and explains exactly what is happening and what needs to be done. The added bonus is that she is very ably assisted by Estela, a truly professional nurse.They really are a great team.Thank you so much for your work so far. Looking forward to seeing you both in October when I know the receptionists, Julie and Alison, will also make me feel at ease and warmly welcomed.

My whole experience at Gentle Dental has been amazing all the way through my treatment plan.I had missing teeth at the bottom and was told and guided through the Flexi Denture , which has just been fitted . I could not be anymore happier and would highly recommend Gentle Dental to anyone .

I’m a nervous patient and after delaying the need of getting two implants for several years, I finally gained the will to get them done with Crowborough Gentle Dental. From start to finish they built my confidence and made me feel relaxed about it when I really didn’t think I could be.Shri as the dentist is an absolute pro and I love the way he explained how technology helps so much. Shiva the manager is a superstar too! I just think they are both great at what they do and I’m very happy to have found them.Really recommend!!

The staff here are kind, quick and professional. I’m a visitor to Crowborough and managed to lose a crown. I got an appointment for the next day with Hazel who supplied me with an emergency filling with zero pain. The dental nurse and receptionist were lovely too. Recommend!

I have recently needed a tooth extraction which was handled with the utmost care, support and sensitivity. Having been in a lot of pain Saturday and Sunday, I messaged Gentle Dental at 14.06 on Sunday with the hope of being seen early Monday. Shiva messaged me back immediately and I was seen by Shri at 14.30 the same day!I was given Antibiotics and a follow up appointment for the Tuesday.Truly, a great experience from start to finish.

I have not been to the dentist for many years as i am not afraid to admit and a bit of a coward as a result of many bad experiences in the past.I can honestly say that the treatment i received from both Haris (Dentist) & Paige (very capable assistant) was fantastic.A large filling and two broken teeth fixed later i am a very satisfied customer and will be returning on a regular basis.I cannot praise the experience enough and would encourage anyone with a dentist phobia to pick up the phone and book an appointment.Thank you very much Crowborough Gentle Dental

I highly recommend Shri & Gentle Dental Crowborough. My gums/bones had really deteriorated through anti-cancer treatments. I dreaded my first visit for fear of losing teeth but I needn’t have! The team were just brilliant. I had the laser treatment over 3 sessions which was surprisingly painless. Now 3 weeks later & I am simply astonished at the results. My gums are healthy & tight again & my teeth feel much stronger already. I’m so happy with the results. Thank you!

I never thought I would look forward to going to the dentist until I came across Gentle Dental. All of the staff are so warm and welcoming and are brilliant at creating an inviting atmosphere in what can be quite a sterile environment. The dentist Shri is an absolute asset to the practice. His kind demeanour immediately puts you at ease and he is the literal embodiment of the 'gentle dentist'. I had my first ever filling last week and was so nervous about having an injection in my mouth but he was calm and patient and to be honest - I didn't even feel it! Great practice, thank you.

Haris and Paige were very kind to my elderly mother when I took her for her first visit since she moved into the area. Haris was helpful and informative issue with her dentures. Receptionist made sure a space was available for me to park.

I went today to see the dentist Harris Ahmed, what a great dentist. I'm a very nervous person in dental care but he explained everything and put me at ease. A lovely nurse helping who was great as well. I highly recommend this dentist if like me you are nervous patient. The nurse was Estela just wonderful.

What a fantastic dentist!The staff are always so lovely and friendly. I particularly had a great experience today...I have massive anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and since recently moving to the area, I needed a filling. I have a big phobia of needles, however, the dentist Shri and dental nurse Paige were absolutely fabulous! They were so supportive and understanding, they were so easy to talk to and kept me distracted while having the injection. Shri then kept me updated throughout the entire filling and was very positive about everything. I feel my fear has definitely gone down after this visit. I couldn't recommend more!
